Lloyd Cole exploded onto the scene in the mid-eighties with his Commotions, combining an indie authenticity and literacy with poptastic hooks and looks. Solo since 1990, he's still going strong and has just released his On Pain album.
Tonight will doubtless feature his many solo classics plus old favourites like Rattlesnakes and Perfect Skin.
