Archaeology Lecture No.2 - Photographic legacies of Hadrian’s Wall - The Charlie Anderson Archive: The Lit and Phil

Join the team from the Vindolanda Trust for a lecture at The Lit and Phil this March to learn all about the importance of exploring the archaeology of Hadrian’s Wall through the lens of social sciences. 

Marta Alberti-Dunn (Vindolanda’s Deputy Director of Excavations) will discuss the Trust's journey, while Bethany Goodman (Vindolanda’s Archivist) will talk through the Trust's work of cataloging and digitising an extensive collection of photographs taken by Charlie Anderson - who worked as a stonemason on Hadrian’s Wall. 

Entry to this event is free, but donations to The Lit and Phil are welcome.
