
A must for prosecco lovers! Join us at Pleased to Meet You for an evening of drinks, fine dining and a talk from Roberto Cremonese, brand ambassador for Bisol - one of Italy's finest prosecco houses.
The Bisol family are masters of Prosecco. And what current CEO, Gianluca Bisol doesn’t know about it isn’t worth knowing. The family has been making wine for centuries and all the grapes come from their own land, something which is extremely rare in the region. From the humble Jeio Brut up to the extravagant, slightly sweeter Cartizze (made from fruit grown in Prosecco’s finest vineyard) each wine is given the TLC it deserves.
The evening includes a three course menu paired with four glasses of prosecco, the menu as follows:
Starter
Seared King Scallop
Borlotti beans, Lemon, Mushroom syrup.
Main
Roasted Monkfish
Range of walled garden vegetables
Roasted corn-fed chicken, Boudin Blanc, Fondant potato, Parsley.
Potato gnocchi, fricasse of summer vegetables, fennel pesto.(V)
Dessert
Elderflower Pannacotta
White peach, Mint, Pine nut brittle.
