A Newcastle institution, Mark Toney have been delighting Geordies with their delicious ice cream since their first shop opened in the Toon over 100 years ago and – put simply – their ice cream is legend-dairy.
Based on a traditional Italian family recipe, they serve a smorgasbord of homemade flavours with something to suit pretty much everyone – whether it’s Sicilian pistachio, rum and raisin, key lime pie or lemon meringue.
Stop by for a cone or one of their famous sundaes at their Percy Street parlour which also serves a range of refreshments, pastries and freshly-made sandwiches.
