Inspired by the towns and traders along the Silk Road, DOOD brings a taste of ancient Persian and Levant flavours to Newcastle's Quayside.
Led by renowned chef Colin Clague, the impressive menu is cooked over open flames, and uses many of the same spices first brought to Europe by ancient traders.
From cold and hot mazeh, to kabab and Nomad's Sunday roast, there's plenty of delicious dishes to enjoy inside the captivating venue (designed by award-winning London-based studio Run For The Hills) where ancient influences meet contemporary details.
