John Lewis Newcastle welcomes Joe & the Juice

John Lewis Newcastle has announced that it will be expanding its in-store food experience by introducing Joe & The Juice to its shop on Wednesday, 24th June. Joe & The Juice focuses on health and lifestyle food, serving freshly squeezed juice, coffee and sandwiches. The brand was founded in Copenhagen, and opened its first UK outlet in 2009 and now has five cafes in London, and one at John Lewis Solihull. This follows the announcement that John Lewis will be developing its partnerships with Joe & The Juice and pizzeria, Rossopomodoro, and will introduce ten further outlets across its shops within the next year. Karen Matthew, head of branch at John Lewis Newcastle, said “At John Lewis we’re delighted that we have been able to expand on our successful relationships with both Rossopomodoro and Joe & The Juice. Customers have welcomed the introduction of new and exciting places for them to refresh and refuel, and continuing our partnership with them will allow us to offer another compelling reason for customers in Newcastle to shop with us.” Patrick Engbo, UK manager at Joe & The Juice, said: ‘We are very excited to be continuing our relationship with John Lewis, starting with our new outlet in John Lewis Newcastle.
