When John McClane (Bruce Willis) heads to LA to visit his estranged wife, he is caught up in a terrorist plot to pull off a bank heist at Nakatomi Plaza. Two years later, another incident at an airport sees McClane square off another group of terrorists. Will John learn the meaning of Christmas? Probably not - but he will give the villainous Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman) a run for his money.
