North East Sight Loss Councils are hosting a "Let's Get Active" day this October in Newcastle Sports Central at Northumbria University.
Blind and partially sighted people are invited to try out a whole range of sports - including cricket, goalball, baseball and tennis - with no previous experience required.
Please note: If you are bringing a guide or companion with you, they will need to book a separate place, under their name, to attend. This is to enable them to manage numbers for the size of the venue.
