Newcastle Puppetry Festival returns to the city for its sixth edition this year, with a programme bigger and better than ever before!
Taking place over the Easter holidays, the festival offers tonnes of ticketed and free events for adults, children and families all celebrating the art of puppetry.
The fun kicks off on 19th April with a series of puppetry performances on Northumberland street and the magical Toon Underground Parade
the magical City of Kittiwakes parade and a series of performances on Northumberland Street followed by a whole host of workshops, talks, films and the like at local venues including Northern Stage and Great North Museum: Hancock.
