The Saint: Newcastle Cathedral

UNIT44 will be hosting a collection of artists and works at the iconic Newcastle landmark that is St Nicholas Cathedral. Dating back to 1091 with the building we see today completed in 1350 this 14th Century church provides an incredibly bespoke backdrop to this exhibition whilst providing a beautiful context. Partnering with the venue itself we invite a number of artists with 44 preview and the Saturday as part of The Late Shows 10 programming. The Cathedral presents an incredible attraction in itself that needs to be seen / experienced. In addition there will a dedicated music agenda, street food, and pop up bar serving local beers, spirits, and cocktails throughout the night. As with all 44 shows this is a FREE entry event and a proportion of the revenue from bar/food/art sales will be going towards fighting Alzheimers disease on behalf of Grandad.
