Our piping hot vegetable soup, served with crusty bread and butter.
JUMBO SHRIMP COCKTAIL
King prawns in a spic y tomato mayonnaise with cucumber and cherry tomato halves on a bed of crispy lettuce, with slices of buttered brown bread.
SPICY CHICKEN WINGS
Chicken wings tossed in hot ’n’ spicy sauce, served with a cucumber salad and blue cheese dressing.
STILTON STUFFED FIELD MUSHROOM
A large, baked field mushroom stuffed with creamy Stilton and spring onion, topped with herb breadcrumbs.
Served on a sweet onion marinated toasted brioche, mixed leaves, and a tomato and basil dressing.

All specially seasoned and cooked to your liking. Served with skin-on fries, red onion slaw, beer battered onion rings, half a grilled plum tomato and chargrilled mushroom.
CHEESE & BACON BURGER
Chargrilled 100% bee f burger, topped with cheese and bacon. Served in a glazed brioche bun with tomato, baby gem lettuce and mayonnaise, with a side of red onion slaw.
PERSIAN SPICED HALF CHICKEN
Our winning Chef of the Year dish comprising of a t ender half chicken roasted and finished on the char grill with a sweet Persian BBQ marinade. Served with chilli spic ed roast potatoes, yoghurt and extra sauce for dipping.
SINGAPORE NOODLES WITH VEGETABLES
Broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions stir fried with spic y noodles in a fragrant soy and sesame dressing.
SALMON NIÇOISE SALAD†
Freshly grilled salmon served on a crisp salad with free-range egg, fine beans, olives, baby potatoes and olive oil dressing.
