Sensory Sunday: Eldon Square

Eldon Square is supporting Autism Acceptance Week with fun and free Sensory Sunday event this April!

Taking place between 10am and 2pm on Sunday 6th April, there'll be colouring zone with colouring sheets and crayons, a story time zone, busy boards and the opportunity for kids to explore different textures with sensory matts, texture bean bags, fidget tubes and more.

There's also a dedicated Quiet Hour from 10am to 11am before the shops open and North East Autism Society, The Chronicle Sunshine Fund, and Percy Hedley Foundation will be on hand to provide advice and support on the work they do.
