There's not much of a better combo than beer and bread, so why not join Blackfriars Cookery School for a full day of beery bakes this October!
Using byproducts from St. Dominic's Brewery - Blackfriars very own micro-brewery - you'll follow the "proper bread" ethos with locally-milled stone-ground flours and sourdough starters to make your loaves throughout the day.
There'll also be a three-course communal lunch to enjoy with wine, and your own apron, breads and recipes to take home.
