Following on from the roaring success of his Michelin-starred Quayside restaurant House of Tides, celebrated local chef Kenny Atkinson opened his second venue Solstice in the summer of 2022 and soon took the culinary scene by storm once again.
Located just a short walk from its sister restaurant, Solstice offers discerning foodies an intimate and uniquely high-end dining experience with cover for just 14 guests per service and an ever-evolving tasting menu of intricate dishes crafted from seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
