Established in 2005, Seven Stories is a charity that aims to make literature accessible to all and champions reading for pleasure amongst all age groups.
Located in a beautifully converted Victorian mill, Seven Stories gets its name from the building's seven floors and is home to an ever-growing collection of children's literature that includes works from influential writers including Enid Blyton, Philip Pullman, Nick Sharratt and Judith Kerr.
Alongside its vast collection of books, Seven Stories also hosts an exiciting programme of events - ranging from storytelling sessions and craft activities to educational workshops and exhibitions - all designed to inspire young minds.
Tucked under Byker Bridge in Ouseburn Valley, head here to Seven Stories to celebrate the pleasure of reading and discover how books can spark our imagination and creativity.
