Founders Place

Founders Place is an exciting new mixed-use quarter currently taking shape in the heart of Newcastle's industrial heritage that's set to provide spaces for work, leisure and living alongside green infrastructure and public squares.

A stunning mix of old and new, the quarter will house both existing, historic spaces and exceptionally designed new buildings including The Pioneer - a sustainable commercial development offering outstanding office accommodation - and The Pattern Shop, a carefully restored Grade 2 listed building reimagined and restored to house the next generation of ground-breaking businesses.

As Founders Place takes shape, further phases will include The Orchard Yard, The Railyards and The Coppersmith which will offer mixed-use opportunities for residential, creative workshop hubs, retail businesses and a destination restaurant.
