Everything You Need to Know About: Newcastle’s HUGE Carabao Cup Final Fan Zone

Football fever is well and truly taking over Newcastle as the Magpies head into the Carabao Cup Final!
With demand for tickets skyrocketing, Newcastle's biggest Fan Zone at Utilita Arena has been set up by local company Evnt Inspirations for supporters to soak up the electric matchday atmosphere right here in the Toon.
If you're one of the lucky ones heading down, or still hoping to grab last-minute tickets, here’s everything you need to know before you go.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes! The Fan Zone is strictly pre-booked tickets only there are no walk-ins allowed and tickets won't be available on the day. Due to overwhelming demand, organisers have recently released more tickets, so act fast if you haven’t secured yours yet!
What time can I get in?
Doors open at 1pm, with last entry at 3pm, so make sure you arrive in good time.
When you get there, you’ll see two separate queues - one for the family zone and one for the 18+ fan zone. Make sure you’re in the right one to avoid delays!
What can I expect inside?
Alongside a HUGE screen beaming all the action live from Wembley Stadium, there’ll be bars fully stocked with draught beer, cider, spirits and soft drinks to keep fans refreshed and street food stalls serving up matchday classes to keep you fuelled from kick-off to full time.
That’s not all either – there’ll also be live DJs bringing the hype with pre-match build-up tunes and post-match celebrations too!
Is the Fan Zone covered?
No, the Fan Zone is fully open-air and holds up to 7,500 fans, so come prepared for all weather conditions!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, outside food and drink is not permitted, but don’t worry - there are plenty of food and drink options on-sit showing off some of the region’s best street food.

What age can you be in the general Fan Zone?
The general Fan Zone is strictly 18+. If you’re wanting a family day out with little ones, the dedicated family zone is for you. PLUS, everyone is guaranteed a seat in that zone too!
Can I move between the family zone and the adult Fan Zone?
No, the two zones are completely separate, and once you’ve entered one, you won’t be able to switch. Make sure you join the right queue on arrival!
Where’s the best place to park?
Stephenson Quarter Car Park, Times Square Car Park and the on street car park on Pottery Lane are all within walking distance of the Utilita Arena Fan Zone.
Can I use cash on-site?
No - this is a cashless event, so bring your debit or credit card to pay for food and drinks.
What if I’ve booked a VIP table is it first come first served?
If you’ve booked a VIP table, you’ll have a dedicated space reserved. To make things easier, ensure your whole group arrives together!
I've left it to last minute, where can I buy my ticket!
Tickets are now extremely limited, but if you're lucky, you can bag yourself one of the last few seats at Fatsoma.
