To help you unleash your inner ghoul, we’ve rounded up some of the best Halloween happenings in Newcastle for adults – from terrifying ghost tours to horror film marathons – so come and celebrate spooky season in the city… if you dare!

Haunting Tales with David Silk @ Prohibition

Gather round for an evening of terrifying tales and frightening fables at Prohibition courtesy of local historian and storyteller David Silk. Discover gory local ghost stories and legends with this free fright-fest and make sure to grab a stiff drink from the bar – you might just need it to steady your nerves as the scary stories keep coming!
