What is Laser Light City?
Laser Light City is an interactive light show designed by BAFTA-award-winning artist Seb Lee-Delisle, supported by Newcastle City Council and NE1. Over 80 lasers will light up the area between the Tyne and Millennium Bridges, and will be projected onto the Sage Gateshead and BALTIC.
When is it happening?
It’s taking place on Friday 30th December from 5pm-11pm, Saturday 31st December from 5pm-1am and Sunday 1st January from 5pm-11pm.

You’ll join a short queue and then be able to manipulate the lasers positioned on the Tyne Bridge to do whatever you like! Just drag and tap your phone screen, choose colours and shapes to use and make your very own creations.
When can I see the choreographed shows?
Seb Lee-Delisle will take control of the lasers on the hour, every hour for eight minutes, and will show them off to their best effect so be sure to keep watching throughout the night for different displays set to music choreographed by Seb himself from 5pm each evening.
Where’s the best place to watch?
