Hurry down to the Quayside this Saturday September 14th, as Dragon Boat Racing comes to NE1, and the river Tyne! Take in a day of racing, as more than 15 teams grace the water and race for the chance to be crowned champions of this unique event!
With 16 paddlers, and a drummer, in each boat, this promises to be a fun-filled afternoon of activity on the river, and that’s not all!
The Northumbrian Water Quayside Seaside will be packed with rowing machines to test yourselves on, food vendors, music from Metro Radio, and much more throughout the day!
With races between 10am and 3pm, and live entertainment galore, make sure you head down to the Quayside to take it all in and grab a great vantage point!
