Situated at The Gate, inbetween The Gym and Zaap, Point Blank Shooting allows you and your pals to experience professional level simulation gun ranges - the same ones that American cops use in training - whilst kicking back with pub bites and drinks!
You can book a slot for one or two hours, then once you get there your host will take you to your very own shooting range and talk you through how their simulation system works. It’s essentially a big screen that tracks the replica guns you’ll be provided with - similar to those shooting games you find at arcades but on a much larger scale with more advanced technology.
After you’ve chosen from a selection of replica guns that are based on real-life counterparts, you’ll be given a choice of over 150 different simulation scenarios. Each of them test your skills as a sharpshooter, from lengthy target shooting ranges to army tests and police raid scenarios.
When you’ve downed your weapons you can go and have a blast (sorry!) at the Point Blank Shooting bar. They’ve got a range (sorry, again!) of themed cocktails like the ‘Mexican Stand Off” and ‘Riding Shotgun’, as well as pints on draught, spirits and wines.
There’s also a good selection of bar snacks that really hit the spot, like chicken wings, hot dogs, loaded fries and pizzas. There’s vegan options too!
