Ricotta e Zucchine with yellow courgette, pickled fennel, rocket, baby spinach, lettuce, soya beans, peas, basil, pesto and lemon dressing (V)

Chicken Milanese with rosemary and breadcrumbs served with mixed leaves, baby plum tomatoes and mustard dressing 

Penne Regine Alla Norma, with tomato sauce and aubergine topped with a ricotta salata (V)
