Turkey Hanging Kebabs and Espresso Martini Tiramisu – The Botanist’s Christmas Menu Is Here

Want to save your traditional Christmas dinner for December 25th?  Enter, The Botanist’s Christmas menu - a set menu featuring festive twists on its signature dishes, available as either a 2 or 3 course menu. Expertly crafted by in-house chefs and created lovingly from scratch, this is the food to celebrate over as party season gets underway. 

After becoming famous for its head-turning hanging kebabs, (selling three every minute!), The Botanist has created the Turkey Hanging Kebab, and it’s the perfect alternative Christmas meal. Fans of the iconic dish can enjoy orange and cranberry glazed turkey, ham, stuffing balls and pigs-in-blankets on a skewer, with traditional sides of roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts and glazed carrots, complete with lashings of rich gravy to pour over. 

This time of year, it’s all about getting together with loved ones, and The Botanist’s sharing style Christmas board starter is designed to help guests share the joy from the moment they arrive, taking away the need to browse the menu. It includes seasonal dishes like Baked Camembert with spiced red onion marmalade and toasted sourdough and Pigs in Blankets with a cranberry glaze alongside Botanist signatures, Korean Fried Chicken with sriracha mayo and Houmous with Spiced Roasted Chickpeas and warm pitta bread. 

Classic mains on the menu include Pan-Fried Seabass, 8oz Sirloin Steak and a vegan Festive Pie served with all the trimmings.  

Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in the Espresso Martini Tiramisu, which comes drizzled with chocolate orange and Cointreau sauce and crushed honeycomb. Other desserts on the menu are Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream or vegan Vanilla Cheesecake served with winter berry compote. 

And that’s not all, The Botanist’s house bands are ready to let the good time roll until the early hours, playing live every Friday and Saturday night as guests drinks and dine throughout the festive season. 

The bar & restaurant is also set to launch its limited-edition Christmas cocktails (including a sharing showstopper) just in time for party season, as well some Instagram-worthy festive additions to the main menu, with details of the seasonal specials coming soon.
