New Steak House to open in Newcastle City Centre

Located at the bottom of Newcastle’s Grey Street, once voted the best street in the UK, Miller & Carter is in a prime location within the heart of the city and will add to the already diverse mix of dining options.

Miller & Carter prides itself on its steak expertise, with the entire team receiving specialist training to ensure they are complete ‘steak geeks’, including a number of the team attending an exclusive, bespoke two-day steak school experience. Miller & Carter serve beef that is 30 day aged using both wet and dry techniques to provide the optimum succulence and tenderness. There are nine cuts of meat to choose from, including fillet, ribeye and Chateaubriand; each individually hand cut by master butchers before they are grilled to perfection by specially trained chefs.

If you love steak, you’ll fall head over heels for Miller & Carter’s Ribeye that balances both succulence and flavour.  New for opening there’s three sensational cuts available - a choice of 12oz or 16oz Ribeye and 18oz Ribeye on the bone.

Each prime cut is served with a choice of steak sauces that will leave your mouth watering for more. Enjoy British Beef dripping, Chimichuri, Calvados peppercorn or Creamy mushroom chasseur. And if that isn’t enough, there’s a whole host of delicious Steak Extras including Lobster Mac & Cheese or Creamed Spinach and Fried Egg – the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
