New Season Menu at Las Iguanas

There’s a new menu incoming at Las Iguanas with the launch of some delicious new dishes for Spring/Summer on 28th March. It’s the perfect time to book your next Latin American ‘getaway’; grab a table and let yourself be transported to the beaches of Brazil and beyond with bold new flavours, vibrant spices, and tropical cocktails.

Landing on the menu alongside Las Iguanas classics, you’ll find some tasty new Tapas. Try Pork Albondigas meatballs in a rich tomato and chipotle sauce or classic Calamares with a sweet chilli popcorn squid twist. The Fiesta Ensalada salad has enjoyed a summer upgrade with spiced quinoa, broad beans and chickpeas and the can be topped with all sorts of delicious additions from a simple chicken breast to a gooey cheese and mango empanada.

There are plenty of lighter Mains to put a spring in your step including a range of Burrito Bowls under 600 Kcals and Pescado Blanco Bobo; a white fish fillet, perfectly pan-fried and served in a Brazilian-style Bobo sauce on a bed of lightly spiced quinoa. Adding some punch there are also some hearty new heroes including a Mixed Fajita stack bringing together steak, chicken and prawns on one skillet, in Las Iguanas’ secret spice mix, ready to be layered with jalapeños, chunky salsa, guacamole, cheese and cooling sour cream on roll-it-yourself tortillas. Meat lovers can also feast on the Gaucho Grill, bringing together sirloin steak, grilled chicken breast, pork belly and chorizo on a platter with chimichurri, buttery Mexican-style corn and fries or salad.

Make sure you save some room for dessert. Joining a scrumptious menu made up of classics like Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and Churros (now available as a Grande sharer) is the creamiest ever Quattro Leches Cake, soaked in three milks and topped with dulce de leche, meringue and blueberries.

How do you make a Pina Colada better? You make it pink of course, so say ‘Hola’ to the Pink Pina Colada. It’s Happy Days as the cocktail list gets a refresh. Enjoy a Honey Apple Sour with Havana Club Cuban Spiced Rum, the new-look Zombie will leave your friends green with envy, and you can even help to plant more trees in Latin America with Moose spirit every time you try a Brazilian Cherry Cola, one of Las Iguanas’ Carbon Friendly cocktails. The Blue Lagoon gets some big drink energy with the launch of the Big Blue Boba in a giant martini glass, the picture-perfect sharer.

For the best of both worlds, round up your friends and get together over the 2-hour Bottomless Brunch* with a main course and cocktails, mocktails, prosecco and beer, available to book 7 days a week and across some late sessions too. And remember you can also book a bar table any time just for drinks.

*Bubbly Brunch available in Scotland (90 minutes)
