John Lewis Foreign Currency opens Bureau de change in John Lewis Newcastle
John Lewis Newcastle announces the expansion of its service proposition by opening a new Bureau de change in the department store located in Eldon Square. From 12 May 2016, customers have the ability to pick up their travel cash hassle free, while doing their shopping. John Lewis Foreign Currency provides customers with commission free transactions on 30 currencies and six different travellers cheques with a single exchange rate nationwide, ensuring customers receive consistent pricing between all channels and products. In addition to this offering, John Lewis Foreign Currency also has a free weekday home delivery service on orders over £500, along with an online International Payments provision. Due to the success of the service in 20 John Lewis branches across the country, John Lewis Foreign Currency will open more Bureaux’s this year.
