The Discovery Brick Show - LEGO (R) Weekend Returns on 26 and 27 April to Discovery Museum

Newcastle’s Discovery Museum is host to the Brick Alley LEGO (R) User Group’s annual Discovery Brick Show - LEGO (R) Weekend on 26 and 27 April.
The magnificent Great Hall will be filled with the newest LEGO (R) models and displays from a hand-picked selection of the best LEGO (R) builders in the UK. Tickets can be booked at https://discoverymuseum.org.uk/whats-on/discovery-brick-show-lego-weekend.
With LEGO (R) Friends to Ninjago, cities, trains, spaceships and more, visitors can get up close to the UK’s best amateur LEGO (R) builders, showcasing their creations and be on hand to discuss their work.
Thomas Elwick, Learning Officer at Discovery Museum said:
“The Discovery Brick Show is always a cracking event with something new to see every year! We’re delighted to welcome The Brick Alley LEGO (R) User Group as they always bring an awesome show for all generations. We can’t wait to see what they’ve created for our visitors again this year.”
There will also be a range of specially selected LEGO (R) traders and sellers, with pocket money toys to hard-to-find LEGO (R) sets and accessories to buy.
In the Museum, visitors and families will be able to take part in “STEM” and “Speed” building activities too.
Tickets cost £5 per adult, £4 per child (5-17 years) and children under the age of 4 go free. Booking is essential. Various time slots are available when booking for entry.
Visitors can also explore the rest of the museum with three floors of displays exploring inventions, people, and Tyneside's history with Steam to Green: A North East Energy Revolution on the ground floor.
