FOUR QUARTERS NEWCASTLE, the UK’s original arcade bar, has transformed their venue into a Christmas hang-out perfect for festive get-togethers. With special packages to suit every budget, celebrate this Christmas as a team with a night full of competitive fun.

With over 30 arcade games including Time Crisis 3, Dancing Stage Euromix, Street Fighter 2 and Guitar Hero, colleagues are encouraged to work on their scores as they embark on a blast from the past with authentic arcade machines and consoles from the 80s through to the 00s.

Located in the buzzing Newcastle upon Tyne, a short sleigh ride from Newcastle train station – Four Quarters is getting a frosty festive makeover with snow, Christmas trees, garlands and tinsel. The perfect place to gather with colleagues and shimmy into Christmas.

To help your Christmas celebrations get off to the best start, Four Quarters have neatly wrapped up everything you’ll need for the ultimate day or evening out into their festive packages. All packages for December 2023 have an optional catering add on, because Christmas is for feasting after all!

Choose an Event Space:

• Private Area Hire: Access to a private room in the venue, own bar, a dance machine, Time Crisis 3, a console set-up, and an abundance of games to transport you back in time. With a max capacity of 60, the area has a deposit of £100 or £200 and a minimum spend varying from £300 - £1,000 depending on the date and time.

• Whole Venue Hire: The chance to hire out two floors from 6pm with over 30 arcade machines, four console booths, big-screen gaming set-up and a bar on each floor. With a total capacity of 2600, deposits vary from £625 - £2,000 and minimum spend varying from £2,000 – £6,000 depending on the day.

Choose a Party Package: 

• Value Package: For £12 per person, the group will receive Christmas crackers, eight quarters each to be used across a selection of nostalgia inducing games, and two bottles of refreshing lager/pale, and an option to add a glass of prosecco on arrival for £5 per person

• Standard Package: For £19 per person, the group will receive Christmas crackers, eight quarters each to be used across a selection of nostalgia inducing games, three house drinks each and an option to add a glass of prosecco on arrival for £5 per person.

• Premium Package: For £36 per person, the group will receive twelve quarters each to be used across a selection of nostalgia inducing games, Christmas crackers and festive nibbles, along with prosecco on arrival to toast to Christmas, and four drinks per person.

• VIP Package: For £46 per person, the group will receive unlimited quarters to use across a selection of nostalgia inducing games, a delicious prosecco cocktail on arrival, Christmas crackers and festive nibbles, and four premium drinks per person.

Each package has an option to dig in and add catering for £11 per person, guest can get the party started for an additional £25 per person and take part in a cocktail masterclass, inclusive of 2 cocktails each, or ramp up the fun with a games master to run tournaments and explain games and assist all involved for 35 per hour.

This Christmas the venue unveils brand new special dishes and cocktails especially for Christmas, including:

• A Christmas Miracle – Consisting of Fireball, nutty Amaretto, sharp but sweet Cranberry Sauce, herby Rosemary, zesty Lemon and a super sweet candy cane for garnish! 
• Nakatomi – Fizzy Prosecco, citrusy Yuzu Sake, smoky Whiskey, and refreshing Orange Juice.
